Kicks for Kids
Kicker Luca Congi from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, in partnership with the United Way of Burlington & Greater Hamilton spent Saturday, January 12 shopping for new shoes for over 120 of Hamilton’s inner-city youth as part of the Kicks for Kids program, presented by Carmen’s.
Kicks For Kids is a community initiative that raises money with every successful field goal over 40 yards at Ticats home games.
The kids got running shoes, soccer shoes — whatever type of shoe they needed for their sport or activity of choice.
