GenNext is a group of dynamic, passionate young professionals between the ages of 23 and 35 who want to create social change in Hamilton and Burlington. We support the United Way with a mandate to encourage our age group to become more involved in charitable activities and supporting our community. Led by a group of peers from the area we offer a new and diverse way to give back to your community.
Our initiatives and fundraising efforts align with our active lifestyles and provide a forum for individuals to connect and get involved.
On behalf of the employees of OLG Slots at Flamboro Downs, Shauna MacKinnon, Greg Tremble, Dave DaSilva and Nancy Iliou, presented a cheque for $11,473 to Miriam Gracey, Campaign Manager on January 5, 2012. The funds were raised through employee donations and through special event activities that the employees participated in. A special thank you to Dave DaSilva, the Employee Campaign Chair!
