The Tomorrow & Forever Endowment Fund

United Way’s Tomorrow & Forever Endowment Fund provides a unique opportunity to build for the future. It helps to ensure that the caring support system you are building today, through generous giving to your community can be sustained for generations to come.

Established in 2000, this Endowment Fund is a classic example of United Way’s philosophy of partnership and collaboration in action. The fund is housed with the Hamilton Community Foundation(HCF) and the Burlington Community Foundation(BCF) to ensure that donations to the fund are invested wisely. The capital in the fund is preserved while the income earned is used by the United Way to support essential social services and health programs in the community.

Donations to the Tomorrow & Forever Endowment Fund can be directed to either the HCF or BCF, as the donor wishes. Donations sent to the BCF for example will be used to support United Way services and programs in the Burlington area.


All donations to the Tomorrow & Forever Endowment Fund fully quality for a charitable tax receipt. Gift options can include the following:

·  A bequest in your Will specifying the Tomorrow & Forever Endowment Fund

·  A gift of life insurance

·  Cash or savings gifts

·  Investments, RRSP’s, RRIF’s, Securities

·  Real Estate

·  Personal property

·  Charitable gift annuities
