Social Planning creates and maintains community based knowledge for planning, community capacity building, public education and community development. Residential Services (SN) provides accommodation, care and supervision to adults with a developmental disability in group living settings. Each participant develops a personal Individual Support Plan and services are provided based on their needs.
Preschool Integration (SN) provides support, resources, and training to child care programs to assist in including all children in the program routines and activities.
Life Skills (SN) provides basic life skills training, social and recreational activities, work activities with financial remuneration to adults with a developmental disability.
Isolated Seniors Program (SS) provides integration of seniors with developmental disabilities with their non-disabled peers at the Burlington Senior Centre. It provides support to seniors to participate in activities.

After school program (PP) in north Burlington offers arts, story telling and healthy snacks.  Tutoring is also available to build confidence in areas of literacy and numerics.  Program targets children in the age groups of 0 to 5 and 6 to 12 with an emphasis on family interaction.
Community Hubs (PP) provide food security to low-income neighbourhoods at Halton Community Housing sites. On site access to food reduces client transportation needs and offers leadership opportunities for volunteer outreach.

Good Beginnings (PP) is a parent and infant support volunteer program that screens, selects, trains, and assigns volunteers to visit the homes of parents who have arrived home with a newborn.
Meals on Wheels (SS) through volunteers delivers a hot or cold meal to seniors’ homes from Monday to Friday
Tele-Touch (SS) trained volunteers call socially isolated seniors and individuals with disabilities on a scheduled basis to provide friendly conversation and security.
Volunteer Visiting (SS) volunteers provide regular friendly visits and support to lonely, socially isolated, elderly, disabled, and chronically ill individuals who live in their own homes.

Multicultural Seniors Outreach (PP) offers a unique, personalized, comprehensive case management approach to issues of income security and personal well-being affecting low-income seniors (from many different cultural backgrounds)
Outreach program of the Early Years Centres (PP) provides access to early childhood and parenting services to families in neighbourhoods where there are identified gaps with no existing services. 
Community access to Child Health – After School Program (PP) encompasses development of language and reading skills of children in grades 1 to 6 residing in four different neighbourhoods.
Wesley Youth Housing (PP) is a multi-staged transitional housing program for homeless youth and those at risk of becoming homeless and provides youth with access to mentors, life coach, and other appropriate supports leading to independent living.

YMCA Helping Hands (SN) offers one-to-one counsellor support for children with physical and developmental disabilities allowing them to participate in day camp.
YMCA Children and Youth Health and Fitness Membership (PP) provides access to children, youth and families to health and wellness activities through the provision of financially assisted membership.

Employment Support Services (PP) provides people in poverty the employment support services that they need to acquire the skills and tools to secure and maintain employment.
Leadership and Training (PP) provides leadership skills to economically disadvantaged youth ages 12-19 in the Hamilton community. Provides necessary skills that allow youth to earn a living.
Girl Zone (SN) is a neighbourhood-based program for young women between the ages of 11-14 designed to empower young girls to seek roles that will make them leaders and contributors.
Kids Clubs (PP) provides organized educational and recreational activities that provide children ages 5-10 to master new skills, enrich their physical and social development, and have fun.
Women’s Transitional Housing (SN) provides safe, supportive, affordable housing for women 16 and older who wish to develop skills in independent living in a supportive environment.
